- Have treats now and then, even if that means having a bite of chocolate every day.

- Take breaks when needed to keep yourself happy and productive.
- Keep your spaces organized as best as you can.
- When you’re stressed, relieve it through activity or meditation and don’t take it out on others.
- Respect others by showing you respect yourself.
- Give compliments without thinking and accept them with humility.
- Take care of your own needs first which will help you take better care of others.
